Dennis Guidry, Jr.
Nurse Practitioner
 Dennis Guidry, Jr., APRN, BC, ACNP, ANP, CCNS, MSN, is an acute care nurse practitioner for the CIS Heart and Vascular Center in Lafayette. He has been a member of the CIS team since 1995 bringing compassion and the highest cardiovascular care to patients.
Mr. Guidry earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette in 1994. He graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile in 2004, earning a Master of Science in Nursing.
He is certified as an acute care nurse practitioner, adult nurse practitioner and critical care nurse specialist.
Before joining CIS's team of nurse practitioners, Mr. Guidry was a registered nurse at CIS, specializing in cardiology. He also serves as the regional team leader for CIS registered nurses in the Lafayette area.
Mr. Guidry is a member of many professional nursing organizations and is actively involved in the Lafayette community.
