 Stephanie Guillory
Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie Guillory, RN, MSN, ANP-C, BC CVN II, serves as a nurse practitioner for Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) in Opelousas and brings more than 10 years of experience to the institute.
Ms. Guillory received her Associate of Science in General Studies and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. In 2007, she graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she received her Master of Science in Nursing.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Guillory served as a registered nurse for CIS in Opelousas for seven years. She also held the position of registered nurse in the intensive care unit, emergency room and catheterization laboratory at Opelousas General Hopsital.
Ms. Guillory is a licensed registered nurse and is board certified as an adult nurse practitioner. She also is board certified as a cardiovascular nurse (level II). She is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International and the American College of Cardiovascular Nurses.
