 Kenneth E. Wong, MD
Cardiologist
Dr. Kenneth Wong, a native of a French-speaking island off of South Africa called Mauritius, received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University College Dublin School of Medicine in Ireland.
He has extensive medical training in several fields of expertise. Following both medical and surgical internships in Ireland, he completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics internship, a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Wong is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology and adult echocardiography. He is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Prior to joining the CIS medical staff, he was at the MetroHealth Medical Center and Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Wong practices in both Thibodaux and Raceland, serving as medical director of the Raceland clinic.
