Ben Boudreaux, MBA
Executive Vice President of Business Development
Ben Boudreaux serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS). He brings more than 12 years of health care experience to CIS. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge, and a Master of Business Administration from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
He previously held the position of practice administrator, and since 2009, he has worked at various CIS locations including Zachary and Houma. In 2011 and 2015, he earned the CIS Leadership Award, which is presented to a team leader demonstrating the spirit of teamwork, creativity, innovation, and willingness to meet the challenges of the future.
Prior to joining CIS, Boudreaux worked as a supervisor at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Boudreaux is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and he is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE).
