James Hardwick, III, MD
Dr. James Hardwick III joined Cardiovascular Institute of the South in 2015 as a cardiologist.
Dr. Hardwick received his doctorate in 1995 from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He completed a residency in internal medicine at The University of Alabama in Birmingham and a fellowship in cardiology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He served as a cardiologist fellow at Touro Infirmary in New Orleans, and also practiced as a cardiologist at The Heart Group, PC in Mobile, Alabama and at Lakeview Regional Hospital and Tchefuncte Cardiovascular Associates in Covington, Louisiana.
Dr. Hardwick is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography, and the American College of Physicians.
