Nurse Practitioner
JD Meche is a nurse practitioner for CIS in Crowley. He earned his Master of Science degree in Nursing from McNeese State University in Lake Charles. His bachelor’s degree was completed at Western Governor’s University in Salt Lake City, Utah, and he also earned an associate’s degree in Nursing from Louisiana State University at Eunice.
Meche is licensed as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He is also certified as an advanced practice registered nurse and a registered nurse.
Meche previously worked as a registered nurse at CIS, as well as at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center and Fresenius Medical Care.
