Honey Mustard Marinated Salmon
Serves 4, 4 oz Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp stone ground mustard
- 4 – 4oz Salmon fillets
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, dill, oregano, and mustard.
- Place each salmon fillet in its own large piece of square foil. Coat each fillet with lemon-mustard mixture. Fold each fillet into an envelope, tightly sealing the salmon within, and place in oven until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
