Cardiac Kitchen: Honey Mustard Salmon

Honey Mustard Marinated Salmon

Serves 4, 4 oz Servings


  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 4 – 4oz Salmon fillets


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, dill, oregano, and mustard.
  3. Place each salmon fillet in its own large piece of square foil. Coat each fillet with lemon-mustard mixture. Fold each fillet into an envelope, tightly sealing the salmon within, and place in oven until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
