Jack Faulkner is a nurse practitioner at Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Baton Rouge. Faulkner has a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. He also studied at Southeastern Louisiana University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
Since 2012, Faulker has worked in the hospital setting, working in the emergency department, perioperative anesthesia care, and cardiothoracic surgery. He is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed as a registered nurse by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
