Franklin, LA– Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) announces the opening of its Franklin location in the Wellness Center on the Bayou Bend Health System Campus at 1029 Northwest Boulevard. This expansion addresses the growing need for high-quality, specialized cardiovascular care in the region.
The Franklin location will be open once a week on Tuesdays and will offer a full range of cardiovascular services, including patient exam rooms and access to a comprehensive range of advanced diagnostic services supporting early detection and thorough evaluation of heart and vascular conditions. Patients will be seen by CIS cardiologists Dr. Krishna Nagendran and Dr. Marcus Cox, along with nurse practitioner Lisa Freyou.
