HOUMA – Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) has ranked 29th out of 75 organizations in the provider/insurer category of Modern Healthcare’s 2021 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. This is the second year CIS has been named a top place to work, ranking 46th in 2020.
A total of 150 organizations were selected out of more than 350 submissions. This award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry nationwide. Modern Healthcare partners with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey.
