Nurse Practitioner
Ashlynn Crochet is a nurse practitioner at Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) in Morgan City.
Crochet earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana College and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Prior to joining CIS, Crochet gained five years of nursing experience at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center, where she provided care in cardiovascular medicine, cardiac telemetry, and outpatient surgery. Her experience includes pre- and postoperative patient care, medication management, telemetry monitoring, patient education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support safe, high-quality care.
She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
