Director of Human Resources
A native of Houma, Louisiana, Brittany graduated from Nicholls State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. Her career journey has taken her through diverse fields—from news reporting to credentialing—before finding her true passion in Human Resources. Brittany joined the CIS HR team in February 2018 as an HR Coordinator and has proudly grown with the organization, stepping into the role of Director of Human Resources in November 2025.
In her role, Brittany oversees all HR functions for Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) and its sister practice, Midwest Cardiovascular Institute (MCI) in Illinois. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to do their best work.
