IT Manager
Wesley Bennett, Jr. serves as CIS’s Information Technology (IT) Manager, where he is responsible for the organization’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, and IT support operations.
Bennett leads the IT team in supporting technology across the organization’s locations and works to ensure that systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with the needs of both clinical and administrative operations. His responsibilities include infrastructure strategy, cybersecurity and compliance, technology modernization, vendor management, and the implementation of enterprise technology initiatives.
Bennett has worked in information technology since 2018, with experience spanning IT support, cybersecurity, and IT leadership. Prior to becoming IT Manager, he served in cybersecurity and technical support roles, giving him experience across both the operational and security aspects of healthcare technology.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University. In his free time, Bennett enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
