The Opelousas location of Cardiovascular Institute of the South is located at 1233 Wayne Gilmore Circle, Suite 450 in Opelousas, Louisiana.
CIS treats all forms of cardiovascular disease, carotid artery disease, coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease, valvular disease and venous disease in the legs.
This includes treating non-healing ulcers, leg pain, spider veins, varicose veins, and other vascular conditions using radiofrequency ablation, laser therapy, and other state-of-the-art interventional procedures to restore blood flow and eliminate amputations.
Internal Directions
Park in the OGH North Complex parking lot
Enter through the front automated doors of office complex that has a blue letter “A”
Continue down the hallway until you see a white sign with CIS in red letters and an arrow directing you to turn left to access the elevator
Take elevator to 4th floor to see your provider, have a stress test or have lab work drawn
Step off the elevator and turn left down the hallway
CIS is through the double doors in Suite 450
Take elevator to 5th floor to have an ECHO/ultrasound or PET scan
Step off the elevator and turn left down the hallway
